National Domestic Abuse Helpline can be reached on 0808 2000 247, 24 hours a day, for free and in confidence.


Galop provide a national helpline for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people who are experiencing domestic abuse. Call them on 0800 999 5428

respect Respect provide a helpline for anyone who is worried that they may be harming somebody else. Call them on 0808 8024040.
