Sister Nadine Collinge (f)

Qualified as RGN from York University. covers all aspects of nursing care within the practice having diplomas in asthma, copd, diabetes and minor illness. previously worked at HDH on a variety of wards including surgical,  medical, high dependancy and nuero rehab.

Sister Helen Dolben (f)

Qualified as RGN in 1980 at Southmead Hospital, Bristol and later qualified as a Registered midwife at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. She has been a Practice nurse since 1995, gaining diploma qualifications in the management of Asthma,Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease and a specialist practioners qualification in Practice nursing and is also a registered smoking cessation adviser. Sister Helen is involved in a wide range of patient care within the practice, specialising in  the care of diabetic patients and the management of chronic wounds.

Sister Charlotte Lee (f)

Charlotte qualified as an RGN at The Royal Masonic Hospital in 1987 and worked in Gynaecology and  Genito-urinary medicine where she also completed her Family Planning qualification and Gynaecology and Menopause qualifiactions. She became a practice nurse in 1993 and has gone onto complete her Diplomas in Asthma/COPD and IHD as well as becomming an Independant Nurse Prescriber. She offers a telephone triage service at the practice and specialises in Asthma/COPD and womens health as well as rouitne clinics.

Sister Sally Madeley (f)

Qualified as an RGN in 1985 and worked in acute medicine and then as a Rheumatology Specialist Nurse. She became a Practice Nurse in 1992 and has Specialist Nurse Practitioner Diplomas in Asthma, COPD, Minor Ailments and Certificates in Advanced management of Rheumatology / Diabetes.

Sister Susan Moran (f)

Qualified as Registered General Nurse (RGN) from Leeds St Jame's university hospital in 1974, Midwifery training in 1975,most of my work has been in NHS, except for 6yrs in the private sector, interests in teenage health, CHD and follow up lead for NHS health checks.

Sister Fiona Raddings (f)

Qualified as Registered General Nurse(RGN) in Harrogate in 1990 and worked in an acute setting for the next 3 years on mixed medical, paediatric orthopedic and surgical wards. She then went on to work in the community as part of the District Nursing Team for 11 years.

Fiona started Practice Nursing in 2004 and her particular interests include wound care, women's health, child health and chronic disease management including COPD, Asthma & Diabetes. She is also the registered First Aider on site at the surgery.

  • Dressing of wounds
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Electro Cardio Graphs (ECGs)
  • Blood tests
  • Cervical Cytology (Smear tests)
  • Dietary advice and weight management
  • Smoking cessation
  • Travel advice & vaccinations (there may be a fee for this service)
  • General health checks (for patients who have not consulted a doctor or nurse for 12 months (over 75 years) or 3 years (16 to 75 years)
  • Drop In Teenage Health Advice

Phlebotomist and also qualified in wound management, Flu and Pneumoccocol vaccine administration and other HCA duties.

Mrs Margaret Milner (f)

Our Health Care Assistants all undertake a comprehensive training programme accredited by University of Huddersfield and are able to deal with new patient examinations, blood pressure monitoring, blood tests, ECG and hearing tests, as well as assisting the doctors and practice nurses in clinical procedures.
